Nutella is a form of a chocolate spread. Therefore, the production process for this food item is very similar to a generic production of chocolate spread. For the first time appeared on the market in 1964, its predecessor, the spread Super Cream, existed since 1951. Super Cream was developed from a previous product, Pasta Gianduja, from 1946, by Pietro Ferrero, founder of the company. Nutella is made from sugar, modified palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, lecithin, and vanillin. The main ingredients of Nutella are sugar and palm oil,[9] followed by hazelnut, cocoa solids, and skimmed milk. In the United States, Nutella contains soy products.[10] Nutella is marketed as “hazelnut cream” in many countries. Under Italian law, it cannot be labeled as a “chocolate cream”, as it does not meet minimum cocoa solids concentration criteria.  Hazelnut, is a typical product from a province in Piemont from which the family Ferrero is, according to Atma. Moreover, the Nutella recipe is not the same in all countries. For example, in Italy, it contains less sugar than the one in France.

In 1963, Ferrero’s son Michele Ferrero revamped Supercrema with the intention of marketing it throughout Europe. Its composition was modified and it was renamed “Nutella”. The first jar of Nutella left the Ferrero factory in Alba on 20 April 1964. The product was an instant success and remains widely popular.

Hazards Nutella:

SUGAR

Nutella contains derived from GMO sugar beef which is inexpensive and filled with pesticides and altered sugar that our body cannot recognize. I’ll say it again, it is very cheap. These sugars are considered as neurotoxins since they can penetrate the blood brain barrier which results with elimination of the brain cells. They are also related with ailments such as ADHD, ADD, autism, migraine, anxiety, depression, etc.

VANILLIN

No added colors, how convenient, but this is a lie since they forgot to mention the artificial flavors such as vanillin. This is a monosodium glutamate, also known as E621. It deceives your brain and you think that you taste actual vanilla. The brain is easily tricked. Vanillin is a neurotoxin which is capable to kill the brain cells. In addition, vanillin makes us addictive while connecting the receptors in the brain and releasing serotonin, the hormone of happiness. It is produced in China petroleum-based factories which makes this country one of the largest producers of vanillin in the world.

SKIM MILK

Immediately you start to chip out of my head the image of green meadows and happy cows because the reality is very different.

The milk inside is not a skim milk, but pus filled milk of sick cows that were exposed on GMO including corn, antibiotics and many other things that are meant to decrease the costs. in the final result aka white liquid, odorless, so you like to call the milk added to milk powder, which is normally packed most dangerous type of cholesterol ever

SOYA

Many will oppose this opinion because Asian cultures consume soy often for centuries and is sure why it’s good for us. Asian cultures actually consume very small amounts of naturally grown soybeans, does not approximate quantity as we do. Nutella contains soy lecithin which is dangerous for the human’s health. It is connected with thyroid depression, uncontrolled weight gain, late menstruation, fatigue, premature entry into puberty and breast cancer.

It is time say no to neurotoxins, no GMO sugar, not cheap and artificial vanilla, it’s time to say no Nutella.
