THE RIGHT CHOICE – WITH THIS DIET MELT SIX POUNDS IN JUST 14 DAYS
This diet is the right choice for people who want to eat healthy, purify the body and gradually lose their excess weight.
The diet starts on Monday, then you are were allowed to eat only 600 calories, but the following days – until Saturday – ingredients are carefully selected, although is not necessarily to measured them. Saturday is the day when it is allowed to eat everything.
Monday is the day of treatment, but the menu was then composed of fruits, vegetables and plant-based foods, which encourage the elimination of toxins and balance their physical effects.
From Tuesday to Saturday, although is not envisaged weighing of foods, be sure to avoid sweets and salami, and the advantage give to the fish, fruits and vegetables, and whole grain foods.

MENU FOR EIGHT MONDAYS:
Note: Allowed spice is olive oil, one teaspoon (10ml), and for seasoning dishes is allowed the spice herbs. In the morning, immediately after getting up you must to drink a glass of water with the juice of half a lemon.
The First Monday
- Breakfast: 2 low-fat yogurt
- Snack: a glass of grapefruit juice (sugar free)
- Lunch: 150 g of mixed lettuce and 120 g of cooked potatoes
- Snack: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
- Dinner: 200 g of fresh fruit
- After dinner: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
Second Monday
- Breakfast: nonfat yogurt with chopped apple into small pieces
- Snack: a glass of vegetable juice
- Lunch: 150 g mix of lettuce and 40 g of whole wheat bread
- Snack: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
- Dinner: vegetable soup without pasta
- After dinner: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
Third Monday
- Breakfast: apple and pear
- Snack: a glass of tomato juice
- Lunch: 30 grams of cooked rice and 150g of cooked vegetables
- Snack: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
- Dinner: 250 grams of mixed fresh vegetables
- After dinner: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
Fourth Monday
- Breakfast: low fat yogurt with half a banana chopped into pieces
- Snack: a glass of apple juice with no added sugar
- Lunch: 150 g of cooked beans and 150g of mixed lettuce
- Snack: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
- Dinner: 70 g of dried fruit
- After dinner: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
Fifth Monday
- Breakfast: 2 low-fat yogurt
- Snack: a glass of vegetable juice
- Lunch: 100 g of lettuce and 40 g of whole wheat bread
- Snack: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
- Dinner: 2 dl soup of vegetables and 140g of carrots cooked in soup, with the addition of 1 teaspoon of grated cheese
- After dinner: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
The Sixth Monday
- Breakfast: apple and pear
- Snack: a glass of tomato juice
- Lunch: 100 g of potatoes, 50 g leeks steamed
- Snack: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
- Dinner: salad of 200 g chicory and low fat yogurt
- After dinner: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
The Seventh Monday
- Breakfast: nonfat yogurt with bits of half a banana
- Snack: a glass of vegetable juice
- Lunch: 250 g of cooked barley, seasoned with oil and a teaspoon of soy sauce, 100 g zucchini steamed
- Snack: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
- Dinner: 100 g of soy germ and 2 integral crackers
- After dinner: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
The Eighth Monday
- Breakfast: nonfat yogurt with shredded apple
- Snack: a glass of apple juice with no added sugar
- Lunch: 2 integral dry biscuits and one cup of coffee with a little low-fat milk
- Snack: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
- Dinner: 2 pineapple rings
- After dinner: a cup of tea sweetened with honey
