Double Chin occurs when the subcutaneous fat in the neck starts to hang and it looks like you have two chin. 1.THE KISS
Standing Tilt your your head back and look at the ceiling. Pursed your mouth as if you say “Duckface”, hold it for 6 seconds, then relax and return the head to its original position. Repeat this 15 times.
2.EXTEND YOUR TONGUE
Widely close your mouth and slowly put your tongue out counting to 5. Put your tongue out as many as you can. Then close your your mouth and stand still for 5 seconds. Repeat this 10 times.
3.EJECTING JAWBONE
Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Take the lower jaw and stay in this position for 10 seconds. Then relax the jaw and head back in a natural position. Repeat this 10 times.
4.ROTATE THE HEAD
This exercise is done standing. Start by chin lowered to the chest. Slowly rotate your head to the right. Keep your head in this position for 5 seconds. Then do the same on the left. Repeat this 30 seconds.
5.TONGUE ON THE TEETH
Open your mouth as much as possible. Place the tip of the tongue on the inside of the lower teeth. Breathe air through your mouth and exhale pronouncing vowel A one minute. Relax for 15 seconds. Repeat one more time.
6.PUSHING THE CHIN
Not moving your head, gently slide the chin to above the upper part of the palm, not too much. Do this for half a minute.
7.BACKWARDS AND FORWARDS
With the fist create a shaped in V shape and place your thumb on one side of the jaw, and the rest of the fingers on the other side. While your hand is in this position, push the head and neck forward. Hold the pressure for 30 seconds, then relax for 15 seconds. Repeat this 3 times.
8.RAISING THE FROM THE LYING POSITION
This is perhaps the best exercise from the list. Lie on your bed on your back and let your head fall off the edge, so that the door carries all the weight. Then pinch the head chest, or avoid using the shoulders and back. Hold this position for 10 seconds and then relax. This can only be done 2 times – do not try to do more because they can hurt you.
