THIS “HEALTHY” FOOD CAN CAUSE BRAIN DAMAGE & BREAST CANCER. YOU SHOULD STOP EATING IT IMMEDIATELY

Nowadays, there are many people, who in the struggle to preserve their well- being and lead a healthier lifestyle. Americans, especially those who claim to be so health conscious, to replace eggs and meat with tofu. All this is taking place because of the encouragement by the soy industry. They are making everyone believe that processed soy is great for heart health. But the truth is the very opposite. Dr. Daniel clams that food processors in the West separate the soybeans into protein and oil and this is certainly not healthy nor safe. These methods include high temperature, high pressure, petroleum solvents, and alkali and acid baths which leave toxic and carcinogenic residues. The fractionated products isolate and hydrolyze plant protein due to all processed soy contains phytates which block the mineral absorption and trypsin which blocks proper digestion.

High soy diet can cause the following health issues:

Among the many health problems linked to a high-soy diet are:

  • Thyroid problems, including weight gain, lethargy, malaise, fatigue, hair loss, and loss of libido
    • Premature puberty and other developmental problems in babies, children and adolescents
    • Cancer
    • Brain damage
    • Reproductive disorders
    • Soy allergies

Vulnerable to soy’s hormone-mimicking effects are babies and children, who are still developing. The worst thing is that the daily exposure to estrogen-imitating chemicals for infants who consume soy formulas is 6-11 times higher than adults consuming soy foods. This has been proved on a Lancet study. Also that study showed that blood concentration of these hormones was 13,000 to 22,000 times higher than estrogen in the blood. An infant exclusively fed soy formula receives the estrogenic equivalent ,which is based on the body weight, of up to five birth control pills daily. Not only that you need to stop giving soy products to your baby, pregnant women should avoid consuming soy products too, if they want to avoid health problems with their unborn child.

Soy beans should be avoided:

While Americans have been consuming soy products at record levels, research has linked a whole host of health problems to soy consumption, including:

  • Breast cancer
  • Heart disease
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Allergies
  • Osteoporosis
  • Brain damage
  • Early puberty

Unfermented soy consumption has also been linked to:

  • Digestive distress
  • Immune system dysfunction
  • Endometriosis
  • Reproductive problems
  • Loss of libido
  • Malnutrition

In addition to the health conscious who have been buying up soy products, the groups most at risk of experiencing negative effects from soy appear to be infants fed soy based formulas, vegetarians eating a high soy diet, and mid-life women going heavy on the soy foods thinking they will help with symptoms of menopause.

Safe way to consume them:

  • Miso, which is a fermented soybean paste with a salty, buttery texture;
  • Tempeh, a fermented soybean cake product with a nutty, mushroom-like flavor and a firm texture;
  • Natto, which is extremely beneficial soy variant since it is the highest source of vitamin K2 on the planet and has a very powerful beneficial bacteria, bacillus subtilis. It is another product from fermented soybeans, but has a sticky texture and strong, cheese-like flavor. Natto is loaded with nattokinase, a very powerful blood thinner. It can be found in any Asian grocery store.
  • Soy sauce: there are many varieties of soy sauce on the market which are made artificially using a chemical process. However, traditionally, soy sauce is made by fermenting soybeans, salt and enzymes.

Hence, it is important to eliminate all kinds of foods with soy ingredients, such as soy cheese, soy protein powders, soy energy bars, soy milk, soy burgers, and soy ice cream. You should also avoid processed foods, and eat fermented, unprocessed, and whole foods instead.
