ALL kinds OF SALAD: fresh green salad, egg salad, fresh or roasted peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh or pickled cabbage, beetroot, seafood salad, salad onions, green and red chicory, spinach. All salads seasoned with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, pickle.

ALL KINDS OF VEGETABLES: cauliflower, chard, spinach, leeks, kale, cabbage, sour or sweet, asparagus, artichokes, eggplant, carrots, parsley, celery, pickled beets, Brussels sprouts.

YOU CAN DRINK: mineral water, tonic, plain water, black coffee and all kinds of tea without sugar. After the sixth day you are allowed to drink white wine, lemonade and lemon.

PROHIBITED:

X Bread, potatoes, flour, rice, lentils, beans, peas, bread crumbs bread crumbs, fried meat, pasta, peanut, tonsils, hazelnut, and hot dogs. No roux in any meal.
