Many diseases could be cured just by adding some minerals or vitamins. One of that minerals is magnesium. Magnesium helps when we feel ill, when we are sick, when we have cold, when we have flu etc. Magnesium is a secret weapon against ‘’smaller’’ diseases. But people don’t know that.

Magnesium- The Most Powerful Mineral!

Magnesium is one of the most powerful minerals which is very effective , and also helps to have a better dream.

It is very funny that we still don’t listen nothing about the healing properties of the magnesium. Why doctors don’t tell nothing ? But our health is one the first place.. don’t care about the doctors, consume magnesium and see the results.

In the past  I (the writer of this text) use magnesium in one case. Few years ago I worked in a emergency room. It was a critical “medication” on the crash cart. If someone was dying of a life-threatening arrhythmia we used intravenous magnesium. If someone was constipated or needed to prepare for colonoscopy, we gave them milk of magnesia or a green bottle of liquid magnesium citrate, which emptied their bowels. Incredible but magnesium was good in healing every cold and fly we got there.

Nowadays, magnesium could be used at home. Take magnesium at home and see the results.

Mineral for relax

Magnesium is everywhere. In our bones, in our  muscles, in our brain… Magnesium is good in making energy and relaxing the body.

Also start to consume food that contain magnesium. When was the last time you had a good dose of seaweed, nuts, greens, and beans? Start to consume  it !

Some people ignore this mineral because it has many strong properties which are stronger then some drugs. For that be careful in using of magnesium.

You might be magnesium deficient if you have any of the following symptoms:

  •             Muscle cramps or twitches
  •             Insomnia
  •             Irritability
  •             Sensitivity to loud noises
  •             Anxiety
  •             Autism
  •             ADD
  •             Palpitations
  •             Angina
  •             Constipation
  •             Anal spasms
  •             Headaches
  •             Migraines
  •             Fibromyalgia
  •             Chronic fatigue
  •             Asthma
  •             Kidney stones
  •             Diabetes
  •             Obesity
  •             Osteoporosis
  •             High blood pressure
  •                PMS
  •             Menstrual cramps
  •             Irritable bladder
  •             Irritable bowel syndrome
  •             Reflux
  •             Trouble swallowing

Nowadays, magnesium deficiency is a huge problem.  One of the fact is that almost 15% of the world population is  magnesium deficiency. This is a huge problem which must be solved.

We don’t  take the problem like a serious problem  because we really don’t know what is here the problem. Serum magnesium level is the least sensitive way to detect a drop in your total body magnesium level. So rates of magnesium deficiency could be even higher!

And  we will tell you the reason. It is very simple! Many people don’t eat food that contain magnesium. Most of us eat meat, chocolate, cookies, bread etc… When was the last time you had a good dose of sea vegetables (seaweed), nuts, greens, and beans?

Also some food could decrease out levels of magnesium such as: alcohol, salt, coffee, phosphoric acid in colas, profuse sweating, prolonged or intense stress, chronic diarrhea, excessive menstruation, diuretics (water pills), antibiotics and other drugs, and some intestinal parasites.  In one study which is made in Kosovo was found that their people lose big levels of magnesium during the war!

And that is a problem because we lose magnesium very fast and simple, but we don’t consume it to increase our levels of magnesium. And for that we need to add vitamin B6, vitamin D, and selenium to increase the levels of vitamins and magnesium.

Here are some ways how to stop decreasing our levels of magnesium:

  • Limit coffee, colas, salt, sugar, and alcohol
  • Learn how to practice active relaxation
  • Check with your doctor if your medication is causing magnesium loss

Here is some ways how to increase our levels of magnesium:

Include this in your diet :

  • Kelp, wheat bran, wheat germ, almonds,
  • cashews, buckwheat, brazil nuts, filberts,
  • millet, pecans, walnuts, rye, tofu, soy beans,
  • brown rice, figs, dates,
  • collard greens, shrimp,
  • avocado, parsley, beans, barley,
  • dandelion greens, and garlic.

Take magnesium supplements:

  • Here is the  minimum amount needed for magnesium – about 300 mg a day.
  • Some people may need much more, It depends  on their condition.
  • Most people benefit from 400 to 1,000 mg a day.
  • The best  forms of magnesium are magnesium citrate, glycinate taurate, or aspartate,
  • You need to avoid magnesium carbonate, sulfate, gluconate, and oxide.
  • Side effects from too much magnesium include diarrhea
  • Most minerals are best taken as a team with other minerals in a multi-mineral formula.
  • Taking a hot bath with Epsom salts is a good way to absorb and get needed magnesium.
  •  Magnesium is truly a miracle mineral. It is essential for lifelong vibrant health.
