She Had A 264.5 Pounds – Now An Ideal 121 Pounds…. Her Secret Is “No Diet”
Tatyana from Croatia is now proud of her 121 pounds. She has proved that you can stay healthy and halve the mass of your body in a half year. In fact, before she decides to weaken, she had even 264, 5 pounds.
She decided to change her living habits. Said said that will no longer do plentiful meals, nor resting after a plenty meal. During the weakening she did not use any special regime. From the diet she dropped only bread and proceeded to eat everything else.
She says that after she dines, she put the dishes in the dishwasher and goes for a walk. Firstly 1,640.42 ft. to final walk up to 7.46 mi.
Now, she says that she feels more than great.
