He lost 140 pounds and he says that he feels a lot younger.
Juicing has changed his life and he is more than thankful for all the improvements it brought regarding his health. Harding-Jones weighed 420 pounds and managed to lose 140 pounds within a year, thanks to his diet based on healthy juices.
Moreover, the documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and his kidney failure diagnosis influenced him to change his nutrition forever. He claims that before practicing juicing he felt old, whereas now he feels a lot younger and does things that he never believed he would. He feels awesome when he thinks how ill he was and never wants to go back.
“The last few years I was feeling awful than I really am,” he clarifies. “However, now I feel more youthful. I am doing things I never thought I’d get the opportunity to do. I feel splendid and when I recollect how sick I was and how awful I felt, I just never want to go backtrack.” He wore 5XL size and have every day two McDonald’s breakfasts. His waist was 56 unhealthy inches, and his family was worried about his health and all the junk food he ate. Even he was overweight he didn’t stop eating kebabs before bad and chocolate during whole day. He also had complications with his diabetes and kidney issues. He claims that his body was warning him since he felt constantly ill. Luckily, after watching the documentary he developed a bigger awareness about junk food and started to practice a healthier life style. He put an end to unhealthy foods and began to enjoy vegetable and fruit juices.
Weight loss, Fitness and Juicing
This man has lost 140 pounds and takes part in several athletic events regularly. He is a member of a cycling club and has a gym membership and he has completed a Tough Mudder event. Moreover, he is taking part in a 100 mile race in Wales and other half marathons. After losing 140 pounds Jones started an active sport life. He goes to the gym and cycling and has been part of the Tough Mudder event. Also he is taking part in 100 mile race in Wales. And now he drinks healthy, homemade juices for breakfast and lunch and during tea time he eats fish and vegetables instead of chips and sausages as he previously did.
